Building on a well established record of innovation, Fresh Express sought to expand their offering into single serve convenience meals.

I led an IDEO design team of researchers, interaction designers and mechanical engineers in the design research and concept exploration and refinement phases of this project.

We distilled the findings into three high-level themes. These themes described a systemic approach to brand development that would help grow the opportunity for convenience salad options.
