I have spent 20 years in Silicon Valley designing interfaces, products, services and systems.

I worked at IDEO for seven years as an interaction designer after earning my Masters degree from the Institute of Design in Chicago.

I then joined Palm as part of the original WebOS team to design and launch the innovative mobile platform.

Since then I’ve worked with many startups on mobile and web applications and connected devices. I help teams understand the right end-user problems to focus on and take a collaborative, iterative approach to my work.
